MedOffice gives you complete control for the security of your data. You can enable security for the entire program (or in the event that you are the sole user, you can disable it completely if you want.) If security is enabled, you can assign "access rights" to each specific user on a command-by-command basis. For example, in the screen shot below, the Front Office has been given "Read Only Access" to the Fee Schedules command.
